How can I purchase Your Voucher Book or App

You can purchase the book or App online at www.yourvoucherbook.co.uk or from one of our stockists listed on the website

I have lost my Your Voucher book, what should I do?

We will be unable to replace your printed book free of charge unless you can provide us with a valid crime reference number for loss or theft.

I have lost my books membership card what should I do?

Lost cards can be replaced at a cost of £15 + pp

When will my Book or App Activation card arrive?

We post orders out on the same day through Royal Mail if ordered before 4pm Mon - Fri - If ordered after 4pm it will be posted out the next day.

How do I activate my book or App Activation card?

You can activate your book on our website by selecting Activate or you can contact us by phone on 0844 3180067

How many user can use the App verison?

You can have up to 2 users for each App account

How do you add a second use to the App?

Download the App onto the 2nd phone and enter the same email and password that you use for the account.

Do I get access to the App if I have purchased the book version?

No, the App and book are separate.

How much are the Books or App version?

The 2019 book or App costs £25.00

When is the 2019 book valid to?

The 2019 edition is valid until the 7th January 2020
